I know, you’re a busy business owner, you’re constantly planning, sourcing, and creating for your business… it may leave little time for responding to DMs but I’m here to tell you - DO IT!
Social media is meant to be social after all.
Yes, the content you post is important. But DMs are where the sales are really made.
There’s a real person behind your brand. Use that to build trust with your audience.

When you get a DM, a good rule of thumb is to not leave it any longer than 24 hours. Even if you just acknowledge it in some way.
Remember, your DMs represent your business. If the first impression of your business is that you take forever to respond then what does that say about your offer?
I’m not saying you have to be at every customer’s beck and call but it definitely PAYS ๐ to be timely with your responses.
