My word for last year 2020...was FOCUS ✨ And I came to the massive realisation that one thing that was really hindering me from finding my focus was being cold 🥶 I absolutely can’t concentrate when I’m cold and if you know me you know how cold my hands and my feet are, permanently! Hence why I love summer 🌴 in Perth so much! I’m so grateful that @emuaustralia got me through last winter in Adelaide and they are going to get me through this one as well!

These boots are so freaking cozy, you bet I won’t be losing focusing or complaining about my feet being icicles! 🙌🏼

Anyone else prefer the heat? 🔥

Need a lil pep talk to get your butt into gear and back posting on INSTAGRAM after taking some time off - THIS IS IT ✅

I want you to think of it like getting into a cold swimming pool 💦. The more you think about doing it and not actually doing it, the harder it is. The slower you get in one step at a time, the more painful it will be 🥴

BUT if you jump right in and adjust to the cold water, you quickly realise there was nothing to worry about all along. And you’ll actually enjoy it 💥

STOP overthinking it. Jump back in and remember there is nothing to worry about it!

The only thing stopping you from getting back in the GRAM GAME is you. YOU GOT THIS 💪🏽

In all the 1:1 coaching session, I do the most common things that pop up are:

I know the struggle! The best thing to do is not to overthink it. It doesn't have to be perfect before you post it.
Here are a few things you can do to make the process a little easier.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️Identify your content pillars.
Work out what it is that you need to be posting. All you really need to know is your customer's pain points and go from there.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️Lock in a day for content creation.
This can be with a photographer, or it can be you and your tripod. Whatever suits your budget, lock in some time with yourself to CAPTURE THE CONTENT.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️Plan out how many posts you want to do per week.
HINT: need to be posting every day. Consistency is KEY!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️Plan out your content.
Get something like @planoly to make your life easier! Load your content in there, write your captions and save your hashtags.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️POST IT - just freaking do it! At your peak times.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️Review your insights to see what's working, what your audience likes and responds to and DO MORE OF THAT.

⚡️CONNECTION: storytelling, behind the scenes, why you started, how is your audience going to get to know you

⚡️PROMOTION: testimonials, reviews, social proof
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A good posting ratio for this is out of every 5 posts only one of them can be a direct PROMO. The rest need to be VALUE + CONNECTION.

In fact, in 2021 I think doing direct promo to the feed is kinda dead. People buy from stories. Through VIDEO content.

I know so many of you don't like showing your face/ speaking but it's the fastest way to build trust and the fastest way to get more SALES 🤑
